You can learn how to affect those and other issues by taking lessons in the Alexander Technique.

 

The Alexander Technique helps you recognize poor postural habits.  You will learn how to consciously lengthen along the spine and release muscular tension.  Through lessons, you will learn to have this improved coordination in any activity.
